Helmet files are scaled for a 24in circumference head with 20 10x3mm magnets total. The dimensions of the helmet are 11.57in (or 29.4cm) tall, 13.9in (or 35.3cm) long, and 10.9in (or 27.7cm) wide. The visors can be either be printed in a see through resin, or vacuum formed with the visor molds. Keep in mind the visor files provided are a 1-1 scale, if you are going to do a vacuum form I would shrink the visor mold slightly to allow the molded plastics thickness.
