Нужна доработка приложения (изменить пару строк и просто подогнать под новый вид документа) Также немного исправить приложение под .apk и сделать обновление для exe, .ipa (iOS) ТЗ есть, проект есть - оплата по безналу (с РБ, возможна работа с физ лицом).

Создать новостное приложение на flutter Задача достаточно типовая: -авторизация -категории новостей -новость -авторы Но не все новости в свободном доступе некоторые доступны по подписке. База новостей и авторизация/регистрация по REST API.
