This work is necessary to promote very innovative and very useful and really new solutions that use systemics and software, in fields as: Health care systems, financial investment system, real estate market management, social services, new methods for software development, new internal organization for private enterprises or state organs. the goal is to obtain support by political sector to (in a successive task) select the enterprises that will realize these products in Russian Fed.
