Task: (1) Company has a database of their clients (estate agents) and lists of clients those agents had worked with previously on some real estate transaction. (2) Main information for estate agents' previous clients is property address and client's contact details. (3) Client needs to ocassionally and automatically scrape latest listings on the UK's major property platforms (e.g. Zoopla and Rightmove) and alert estate agents when a property on the platform matches the one they had previously worked with. (4) The algorithm of matching properties from the two sources is up to the executor, but one such way is simply using property address. (Note: we've found a way to extract full property address from listing platforms, but need your assistance to automate the process.)
