ΠΡΠΈΠΌΠ΅Ρ ΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΡΠ°: (4) In order to be able to prepare a correct statement and as a service to the tenant, the landlord may accept the down payments and the payments from customers for the services provided by the tenant and keep them free of charge until the regular state-ment is issued. Travelling expenses and accommodation costs for contractually agreed trips are not included. The management is entitled to issue separate invoices for flight costs, costs for second-class rail travel and costs for hotels in the *** category, provided the Artist has agreed to the trip.
